Chuck Kwolek

Chuck Kwolek brings extensive experience in sales leadership to his role as Regional Vice President of Sales at Lydonia. Since joining Lydonia in 2021, Chuck has made a significant impact, earning recognition as FY 2021 Rookie of the Year and a top performer in FY 2022 and FY 2023, achieving 197% and 135% to goal, respectively. His ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and his focus on net new logo acquisition have been key to driving Lydonia’s growth and market expansion.

Prior to Lydonia, Chuck held key leadership positions at companies like Paycor and Dell EMC, where he specialized in data protection, emerging technologies, and data center solutions. At Paycor, Chuck successfully built out a new sales territory, expanded the company’s brand with C-level relationships, and achieved significant new logo acquisitions. At Dell EMC, he was responsible for driving growth across the Southeast and Atlanta metro regions, contributing to the company’s success in the highly competitive technology sector.

Chuck’s career also includes public sector experience, having served as Assistant Director of the Federal Budget Office for Providence Public Schools, where he gained valuable insights into operational and financial management. This blend of private and public sector experience equips Chuck with a unique perspective on solving complex business challenges.
