- Associate Project Manager (APM)
Job Description:
As an Associate Project Manager (APM), you will help define and deliver services that drive our business forward. You’ll have meaningful ownership from day one and will be encouraged to leverage AI and automation to push the boundaries of what our services can do. This role will be based full time in person in Westwood, MA headquarters.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Provide Context, Not Just Tasks: You will not simply hand over a list of stakeholder requests. You will deliver well-framed, clearly articulated problems to our delivery team, ensuring they know not just what we are building, but the clear rationale behind why it matters.
- Own the Stakeholder Friction: When issues arise, you will absorb and resolve them. You will understand the technical constraints of your service area well enough to solve issues directly with stakeholders, rather than bringing raw, unfiltered issues to the engineering team.
- Be a Calming, Decisive Presence
- Design and implement strategies that automate manual workflows, allowing customers and internal teams to focus on the work that matters most.
What You Will Bring to This Role
- 0–3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
- A bachelor’s degree
- A strong blend of business and technical acumen, with the ability to engage meaningfully and add value in discussions encompassing both technology and business strategy.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies: A keen interest in staying abreast of cutting-edge technologies, particularly within the AI and automation space, and identifying how they can create new value for users.
- A passion for entrepreneurship with the ability to thrive and react proactively to changing business needs within a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
- A builder mindset and eagerness to roll up their sleeves and defeat inertia to create customer value
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and stakeholders.
- We will not sponsor for immigration

- Junior AI Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer)
Job Description:
As a Junior AI Engineer, you will build and ship agentic AI directly alongside the enterprise customers who depend on it. This is a forward-deployed engineering role: the work lives inside engineering, but it happens in front of the customer. You’ll have meaningful ownership from day one, sitting with customers to understand their hardest manual workflows, then designing, building, and shipping the agents and automations that solve them. You will work next to some of the sharpest minds in applied AI and be expected to operate above your level from the start. This role will be based full time in person in our Westwood, MA headquarters.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Build With Customers, Not Behind Them. You will own technical engagements end to end: discovery, design, build, and handoff. You won’t wait for a fully specified ticket; you’ll sit in the room (or on the call), figure out what the customer actually needs, and ship the agent or automation that delivers it.
- Own the Technical Conversation: You will be the technical face of the work for the customer. You will understand their constraints well enough to make decisions, push back when something won’t work, and translate ambiguous business problems into systems that run reliably.
- Move Fast on Ambiguous Problems: You will be handed messy, under-defined problems and limited supervision, and you will be trusted to run them on your own. Defeating inertia and getting to a working solution is the job.
- Make Frontier Tools Your Craft: You will use Claude, UiPath, and modern agentic frameworks as your core daily tools. You’ll be expected to push them harder than the average user, using AI to build faster and ship more than your headcount should allow.
- Be a Calming, Decisive Presence.
What You Will Bring to This Role
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent ability to read, write, and debug real code.
- 0–2 years of experience; recent and upcoming graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- The ability to genuinely code, not just prototype. Build things that work and that you can reason about when they break.
- Fluency with Claude and other frontier AI tools, and a track record of using them effectively to get real work done.
- A strong blend of technical and interpersonal instinct: you like sitting across from people, understanding their problems, and solving them directly.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies: a keen interest in agentic AI and automation, and conviction that this is where the future of technology is being built.
- A passion for entrepreneurship and the ability to thrive and react proactively to changing needs within a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
- A builder mindset and eagerness to roll up your sleeves and create customer value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across customers and internal teams.
- We will not sponsor for immigration
