Devika Saharya: I also want to highlight the pivotal role of Lydonia here, because they helped us in advancing in our growth journey, especially with their Re:Ignite and Propel programs, that helped us in our scaling process. Since then, we have explored various opportunities of improvement, implementing a discovery model, building a pipeline of automation ideas, conducting shows across the organization, adding controls at different layers, performing code checks, reviews, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing to ensure that the entire team is growing, while we are growing in this automation program.
