WESTWOOD, MA – 17th August — Lydonia, a business transformation firm that turns AI into measurable business outcomes, today announced the launch of Enabuild AI, a new division of Lydonia, together with its acquisition of the operating assets of International Cognitive Initiative (Incin.ai).

Enabuild AI is Lydonia’s Claude-first business transformation division, focused on helping organizations move beyond AI experimentation to build, deploy, and scale production-ready agentic AI. The acquisition brings International Cognitive Initiative’s AI Advisory and AI Operator methodologies to Enabuild AI, combining advisory, engineering, and managed operations.

The name Enabuild combines Enable and Build, reflecting the two ideas at the heart of its mission: enabling organizations to build with AI. Its approach is captured in three moves: Enable. Build. Transform. Enabuild first helps organizations establish the right business, operating, and governance foundations for trusted AI and identify where agentic AI can create the greatest business impact. It then builds AI operators and agentic workforces that augment people and automate execution. The result is a workforce that does not simply automate tasks, but elevates human potential.

Enabuild AI takes an “above the model” approach to agentic AI, engineering the layer that surrounds the models and makes them effective and dependable in production. This layer, including governance, workflow orchestration, data readiness, security, human oversight, and continuous improvement, is what determines whether agentic AI performs reliably in real business environments. Using the Claude ecosystem, including Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Managed Agents, Skills, and MCP, Enabuild AI creates and orchestrates AI workers, designs agentic workflows, builds AI-native software, and establishes the capabilities needed for people and AI agents to work together effectively.

A defining part of Enabuild AI’s offering is AI Orchestration Managed Services (AIOMS), an ongoing AgentOps layer that monitors performance, enforces policy, handles exceptions, and continuously improves outcomes as AI agents move into production.

Lydonia has named Jamie Shepard President of Enabuild AI. A global technology executive with more than three decades of leadership, Shepard has shaped cloud, modernization, and AI strategies at HCLTech, Accenture, and Avanade, most recently leading HCLTech’s Cloud Native AI Center of Excellence for life sciences, healthcare, and energy clients. He is also the founder of International Cognitive Initiative.

“The industry has reached an inflection point. Organizations no longer need more agents, they need the operating system that lets people and AI agents work together safely, accountably, and at scale,” said Shepard. “That is what Enabuild AI exists to deliver. Our ‘above the model’ philosophy recognizes that roughly 80 percent of the work required to scale agentic AI successfully lies in everything around the models, from workflow orchestration and data readiness to security, human oversight, and continuous improvement. Getting that right is what turns a promising pilot into a production-ready workforce that elevates what people can do. The opportunity ahead is enormous, and Enabuild AI helps enterprises seize it.”

International Cognitive Initiative built its practice around two complementary disciplines: AI Advisory, which helps organizations assess readiness, design target operating models, and establish governance, and AI Operator practices, which activate, supervise, and continuously refine AI workers in live business environments. These capabilities complement Enabuild AI’s key service areas: Advisory and Design, Build and Implement, Run and Manage, Governance and Assurance, and AIOMS.

As a division of Lydonia, Enabuild AI extends Lydonia’s broader AI capabilities with a specialized focus on enabling and building AI. While Lydonia takes a platform-agnostic approach to helping organizations discover, execute, and scale AI solutions, Enabuild AI brings focused, Claude-first engineering, drawing on Lydonia’s deep experience in workflow automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to move clients from AI ambition to production. Rather than simply building AI agents, it applies International Cognitive Initiative’s advisory and operator methods to de-risk the shift from rule-based systems to adaptive, agentic AI.

“Launching Enabuild is an important next step in Lydonia’s evolution and in what we can deliver for our customers,” said Kevin Scannell, Founder and CEO of Lydonia. “Our customers are looking beyond individual AI use cases and asking how to make AI a meaningful part of how their organizations operate. Enabuild expands our ability to help them do that, combining our experience in enterprise transformation with the capabilities needed to enable and build agentic workforces. It gives customers a clearer path from AI opportunity to measurable business value while strengthening our position in a rapidly evolving AI market.”

The ENABUILD framework brings together eight core components: Enable, Navigate, Architect, Build, Unify, Innovate, Lead, and Deliver. Its mission is to help organizations build the future with agentic AI, turning ideas into intelligent workflows, AI-powered software, and measurable business outcomes.
