As Vice President of Customer Experience of Lydonia Technologies, Mike Mullaney is responsible for overseeing the company’s post-sales teams including professional services and customer success. Mike’s twenty-five plus years of leading presales, post-sales and customer success teams is fundamental to growing out Lydonia’s customer first mindset combined with delivery excellence.

Mike has led global and regional post sales, customer success and presales teams at various industry leading organizations to include Dell EMC.  In these positions, Mike’s mantra has always been to become a trusted advisor to his customers and to build high performing teams through trust, respect with a servant leader mindset. 

Mike is a graduate of Dalhousie University, where he earned a Bachelor degree in Political Science.
