Tod Dillon serves as Chief Financial Officer at Lydonia, where he leads the company’s finance, accounting, risk management, compliance, and project management functions. With nearly 30 years of experience in financial leadership, Tod brings deep expertise across IT services, software development, financial services, and business process outsourcing.
Prior to joining Lydonia, Tod held senior finance and executive roles at Appcast, EOS USA, and Fidelity Investments. He is known for driving financial strategy that supports business growth and operational efficiency.
Tod holds a BA in Economics and Government from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Northeastern University. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies.
