Position Summary:

A Lydonia Technologies Solutions Engineer works with new Lydonia customers, as well as ensuring the growth of existing accounts.  The SE helps to qualify and close opportunities with our prospects and should develop a comprehensive understanding of RPA and APA platforms as well as adjunct and complementary solutions such as data analytics and the application of artificial intelligence to process automation.  Knowing their components and function enables assessing their potential application as solutions as well as positioning services to meet customer needs.  You will use your knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales.  As an effective communicator, you should be able to stimulate and motivate others while remaining cognizant and responsive to their needs/concerns.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing processes and identifying areas where automation would increase process efficiency and effectiveness

Discuss findings with the various stakeholders within the customer account

Be an evangelist of hyperautomation by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution

Support the sales efforts for process automation by working closely with account executives

Work with the account executives to create return on investment models

Be a customer advocate with the ability to understand and exhibit sensitivity to customer business requirements

Serve as a consultative resource for prospects, customers, and account executives

Project scoping and planning of services engagements for the professional services team

Maintain accurate account records in Salesforce®

Requirements:

Thorough understanding of what RPA and APA are and why it is so valuable in the marketplace

Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with all parties throughout the sales process

Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral, and an ability to communicate complex ideas to all levels of the business

Strong technical fundamentals (systems administration, development, application management, operations, etc.)

Strong ability to collaborate and to communicate clearly in on-site and webcast meetings as well as in email

As a Solutions Architect, our ideal candidate is responsible for overall hyperautomation workflow solution design and providing support to the creation/update of the RPA and APA solutions architecture design document to help ensure success for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Architectural Evaluation, Design and Analysis of Client Enterprise-wide systems.

Provide assessment on process complexity, feasibility study and effort estimation.

Ensure RPA and APA Implementation Team delivers robust system solution to Client Operations.

Experience in infrastructure-related technology is preferred, i.e., application server infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), credential management, etc.

Work closely with Client Enterprise Architect within Architecture Services team to assure constant compliance of Client’s strategic blueprints and architecture.

Head responsibility for ongoing suggestions and best practices for RPA & APA Client Implementations, Custom Solutions, Product Support, and above all the technology itself.

Assist Sales and Pre-Sales team in their client conversations in order ensure maximum conversions and high-quality dialogue.

Ensure testing assistance and guidance to Implementation Team.

Lead interactions with various IT teams including architecture, security, and infrastructure.

Work with Business Analysts, Business partners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting automations.

Work on Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

Solid understanding of various underlying technologies used in RPA and APA such as Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Cognitive Computing, Machine Learning, Pattern Matching, Analytics etc.

Ability to communicate effectively with technology, security, network, and internal business teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation

Mentor developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Requirements:

6 - 8 years of work Experience in IT Industry.

2+ Years of RPA and/or APA experience as an Architect.

RPA Solution Architect Certification and Advanced Developer Certification.

Prior Work experience/POCs on Studio Pro, Document Understanding, AI Centre, Action Centre, and/or Computer vision is a big plus

Basic Knowledge on UiPath Deployment Architecture and Cloud platforms Azure/AWS

Previous work experience in 3rd Party Integrations with RPA platforms like Abbey, Salesforce, Service Now and/or SharePoint is a plus.

Experience with source control tools (e.g. GitHub, TFS, SVN)

Experience with on-prem and cloud deployment of RPA & APA Solutions

Experience in leading a team of junior developers

Ability to multitask and work through ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing the most critical tasks & projects.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently to break down roadblocks and drive results.
