Inside the Agentic AI Accelerator

In this video, we take you inside the Agentic AI Accelerator, a hands on program where teams solve real business problems while building lasting AI capabilities. Instead of lectures and slides, participants jump straight into meaningful work and gain the confidence to lead their own Agentic AI initiatives by the end.

Connect with Our Team

to Explore What’s Possible

Wes Hartmann: The Agentic AI Accelerator is fun. I get to work with all kinds of people across all kinds of companies—and the best part is seeing how excited they get when they realize just how much they can do with Agentic AI, and how easy it is to do it.

We don’t stick people in classrooms for weeks or overwhelm them with slides. We jump straight into real work, focusing on business problems they actually care about. That’s what makes this different from most consulting or tech programs. Our goal isn’t to build a couple of point solutions and walk away. It’s to help our clients build lasting capability—and we do that by teaching them to fish.

You can actually see the shift happen during the Accelerator. Usually after just a couple of sessions, someone will ask a question during Office Hours—and before I even have a chance to respond, another participant jumps in with the answer. That’s when you know they truly get it.

By the end of the engagement, the team is confident, self-sufficient, and many are already working on their second or third Agentic AI solution. It’s incredibly rewarding to help build that kind of momentum—and to see clients carry it forward on their own.
