Lydonia Resale End User License Agreements
The customer’s rights and responsibilities with respect to any products resold by Lydonia are governed by the applicable end user license agreement. All warranties applicable to the products are set forth in the applicable end user license agreement. Lydonia makes no representations or warranties with respect to any products resold. Lydonia is only a reseller of these products.
Common Lydonia partner EULA agreements are linked below as a convenience to our clients. Product owners may update these agreements as described within each agreement, and may change or update the following links at any time.
UiPath Products. If Customer is placing an order for a UiPath Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the UiPath End User License Agreement.
Alteryx Products. If Customer is placing an order for an Alteryx Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the Alteryx End User License Agreement.
Boost Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Boost Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the Boost End User License Agreement.
Blue Prism Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Blue Prism Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the Blue Prism End User License Agreement.
Automation Anywhere Products. If Customer is placing an order for an Automation Anywhere Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the Automation Anywhere End User License.
Hyperscience Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Hyperscience Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Hyperscience End User License Agreement.
Pienso Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Pienso Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Pienso End User License Agreement.
Tamr Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Tamr Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Tamr End User License Agreement.
Altair Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Altair Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Altair End User License Agreement.
DataRobot Products. If Customer is placing an order for a DataRobot Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable DataRobot End User License Agreement.
Island Products. If Customer is placing an order for an Island Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Island End User License Agreement.
Snowflake Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Snowflake Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Snowflake End User License Agreement.
Sauce Labs Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Sauce Labs Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Sauce Labs End User License Agreement.
Microsoft Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Microsoft Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Microsoft End User License Agreement.
Amazon Products. If Customer is placing an order for an Amazon Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Amazon End User License Agreement.
Google Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Google Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Google End User License Agreement.
WITI Products. If Customer is placing an order for a WITI Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable WITI End User License Agreement.
Zscaler Products. If Customer is placing an order for a Zscaler Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Zscaler End User License Agreement.
Lydonia Resale End User License Agreements
Lydonia Products. If Customer is placing an order for a proprietary Lydonia Product from Lydonia, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has reviewed and accepted the terms of the applicable Lydonia End User License Agreement for the applicable Lydonia Products attached as an addendum to this Agreement.
